Data Controller: is “the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data” (Article 4, Paragraph 1, No. 7 of the European Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR)
Data Processor: is a natural or legal person, public administration, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller (Article 4, Paragraph 1, No. 8 of the European Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
Website – Application: the hardware or software tool through which Users’ Personal Data are collected and processed.

Processing Methods
The Controller processes the Personal Data of Users by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of Personal Data.

Retention Period
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the execution of such contract is completed and stored for a period of ten years from the termination of the contractual relationship.
Personal Data collected for pre-contractual requests made by the data subject to which no contract follows will be stored for a period of six months from the received contact.
Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Controller will be retained until the satisfaction of such interest.
Furthermore, personal data will be stored to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations and in any case, cases where storage for a longer period is required by competent authorities or under applicable law or for the management of litigation until its conclusion are reserved.

The Personal Data of the Data Subject is processed within the European Economic Area or in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) that offer an adequate level of data protection according to the “adequacy decisions” of the European Commission.

The Data Subject may, at any time, exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 23 of the New Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), against the Data Controller, and more precisely: has the right, where provided for, to request: access to their personal data, the rectification or deletion of the same, the limitation of processing, to oppose their processing, the notification of recipients of personal data subject to processing, the portability of their personal data, not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing.
The Data Subject also has the right to withdraw the consent possibly given to the processing of data, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Exercise of Rights
Rights are exercised with a request addressed, without formalities and free of charge, to the Data Controller using the CONTACT Information indicated in this information.
The Data Subject also has the right to lodge a complaint under Article 77 of the GDPR 2016/679 with the competent supervisory authority based on his/her usual residence, place of work, or place of violation of rights; for Italy, the competent authority is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data to the Data Protection Authority.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by advertising it to Users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page often, taking as reference the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User is required to cease using this Site.
